Managing a role

1. In the upper right corner of the CloudIO homepage, in the menu bar, click. The Navigation page is displayed.

2. Under the Administration role, click Manage Roles. The Manage Roles page is displayed.

3. For the required role, click on the required icon from the following options:

Icon	Description
	Edit role
	Manage user assignments
	Manage page assignments
	Manage datasource assignments
	Manage the assignment of Java snippets
	Manage the assignment of HTML resources
	Manage the assignment of HTML templates
	Manage the assignment of workflow nodes

Managing a user

1. In the upper right corner of the CloudIO homepage, in the menu bar, click. The Navigation page is displayed.

2. Under the Administration role, click Manage Users. The Manage Users page is displayed.

3. To manage the roles for a user, for the required user, click .

The User Roles page is displayed. You can update the user role details as required

4. To update other user details, click Previous. The User Details page is displayed. You can update the user details as required.
